SCHEDULING
Prospective Clients:
If you wish to schedule an appointment as a new client, we will first need to complete a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call to determine if we will be a good fit for working with each other. Discovery Calls can be booked below.
New Clients:
If you have already completed the Discovery Call and would like to move forward with booking, you can do so below. You will receive a booking confirmation once I have approved the appointment.
Once your appointment request is approved, you will receive an email from Practice Better to set up your Client Portal account and fill out your intake paperwork.
Please complete the intake forms on the Practice Better client portal at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is to provide me with ample time to review your history. I may need to cancel the appointment if these are not completed in time.
Return Clients: If you are an existing client wishing to schedule a follow up visit, you can do so below.
PAYMENT POLICY
A credit card is required to be held on file in order to secure your appointment, but it will not be charged until after your appointment.
If an appointment must be canceled, please do so with at least 48 hour notice. Failure to do so will incur an $100 late cancellation fee for INITIAL consultations, or a $50 late cancellation fee for FOLLOW-UP consultations.
If an appointment is missed with no notice, the full cost of the appointment is charged.
